Step 2 – We Match You with Top TalentOur team reviews your request and filters through our pool of agents to find the most qualified candidates. We then present you with a shortlist of top talents suited for your role.
Step 3 – You Choose Your Agent & Start TrackingYou review the candidates and select the right team member or personal agent. This is your final screening stage, ensuring the best fit for your needs. The agent then begins work immediately, logging their hours for your review.
Step 4 – Risk-Free 30-Day Performance PhaseThis phase is all about earning your trust. Your chosen agent will work for 30 days on your project, billed on an hourly rate basis.
Full Control & Transparency: You will have complete visibility and control over the hours logged by the agent.
Performance-Based Payment: At the end of the 30 days, you will evaluate the output result.
The Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the work or if the agreed-upon results were not met, you are not obligated to pay for the hours worked during this initial phase.
Step 5 – Officializing the PartnershipIf you are satisfied with the 30-day performance and wish to continue the service, we will settle the payment for the initial 30 days and move to officialize the partnership.
Contract & Exclusivity: We will formalize the arrangement with a contract, outlining the agent's transition to a more exclusive role for your business.
Defining the Future: We will confirm all long-term details, including the official job description, specific schedule, payment frequency, and any other unique deliverables you require.

The Upfront Administrative Fee
YES, to initiate your project and secure your dedicated agent, we require a one-time upfront administrative fee of $99.
This fee is essential for a few key reasons:
Clerical & Marketing Works: It covers the internal costs associated with finding, matching, and onboarding your top-tier talent.
Essential Tools & Setup: It provides you, the client, with access to the necessary workflow and security software and tools that you will be using for the entire duration of the project, ensuring a smooth and productive partnership from day one.
Important Note for Trial Clients: If you are within the 30-day trial period (as outlined in Step 4 of the process) and decide not to continue with the service, Task Ana will fully refund this $99 administrative fee right away.

All payments are handled securely through QuickBooks Online. You’ll receive an invoice by email, and you can pay directly through the link provided. We offer ACH bank transfer as the standard payment method to keep transactions simple and secure.

Task Ana agents are foreign independent contractors working remotely from the Philippines. This structure provides significant administrative relief and savings to (you) our client.
💰 No Local Employment Liability
Because our agents are non-local independent contractors, you have none of the typical employer obligations:
No Tax Withholdings: You are not required to withhold or pay U.S. federal income tax, Social Security, or Medicare on the agent’s behalf.
No Unemployment Insurance or Benefits: You have no liability for unemployment insurance or other employment benefits required for local hires.
📄 Simplified Tax Reporting
This arrangement greatly simplifies your annual tax reporting:
United States Clients: There is no need to issue a Form 1099 for the payments made to Task Ana. This requirement is waived because the services are performed outside the U.S. We do recommend you keep a W-8BEN form on file (provided by the agent) for your records to confirm their foreign status, but you do not file this form with the IRS.
Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe Clients: Your payments to Task Ana are typically treated as a straightforward business service expense, making bookkeeping simple and requiring no special government withholding or reporting.

While Task Ana LLC is registered in the U.S., the service is performed overseas. We strongly recommend consulting with your accountant or tax professional to confirm the best way to record these business service expenses for your local jurisdiction.

Every client receives a free Hubstaff account for time tracking and activity monitoring. For those who prefer more advanced oversight, we can also set up Teramind for detailed monitoring and security.
We’re flexible too—if you already have and use your own tracking tools (such as DeskTime or other apps), we can integrate those into the workflow.
Beyond software, we encourage clients to measure productivity against the results and growth of assigned tasks. Just like with local employees, there will be times when work is completed faster than expected—giving agents a chance to recharge. Secure Systems: We provide guidance on secure software tools, password managers, and data-sharing platforms to minimize risks.
Legal Safeguards: Task Ana agents are independent contractors to Task Ana clients. Any breach of trust is a violation of both their agreement with Task Ana and with Task Ana clients. In the Philippines, Task Ana agents are aware of the legal consequences if they betray a Task Ana client. Task Ana, as a registered business, can take legal action, and we are committed to compensating clients for any damages caused by a Task Ana agent.
Rest assured, every Task Ana agent is carefully screened and filtered. The information shared with agents is handled professionally, and agents have no personal interest in your data beyond completing their assigned tasks.
